FAST FACTS:

Breakfast/Lunch for students: Students can purchase breakfast and lunch or lunch only daily. There is a kitchen at the school where all meals are prepared. Students may also bring their lunches. Breakfast prices this year are 75 cents and lunches are $1.50 each.

Playground areas for the students include a courtyard area in the center of the school with a playscape, tricycle trails, and a barn with balls, tricycles, wagons, outdoor blocks, hula hoops, etc. Teachers and teaching assistants monitor students on the playground.

Buses are available to transport students to Wildcat Way. There is no charge for transportation. Bus schedules will be available in August. Our teaching assistants ride the buses with the students to school and home from school as monitors for safety. Students must be put on the bus by an adult in the morning and must be met by an adult as they are returned home in the afternoon.

Parents may also choose to bring their students to school and there is a parent drive with teaching assistants as safety monitors to receive students beginning at 8:10 a.m. daily. Parent drive dismissal will begin at 2:20 p.m. daily.

Hours for the school will be 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. and lunch is served at 11 a.m.

Uniforms are not required. Tennis shoes are strongly encouraged to be worn daily as the students are therefore able to play on the playground more safely. Curriculum for our pre-kindergarten students follows Pre-K guidelines set forth by the state of Texas. (Visit the Early Childhood site.)
